About Us

The Financial Services Federation (FSF) is the industry organisation for Aotearoa New Zealand’s specialist lending sector.

FSF members include finance, leasing, and credit-related insurance companies, and credit reporting agencies, who provide alternatives to traditional banking products to over 1.7 million Kiwi consumers and small businesses.

Our work includes being the voice for our sector, setting industry standards, promoting compliance, consumer awareness and working with Government towards fair and enforced regulation.

Our 100-strong membership includes approved, private and listed companies including Turners, UDC, Custom Fleet, Harmoney, Mercedes Benz Financial Services, MTF Finance, First Credit Union, Nelson Building Society, Prospa, Scania, and Toyota Financial Services.
