The March - April Regulatory update includes information on the recently released Commerce Commission Market Inquiry into Personal Banking Services as well as other minor updates. Meanwhile we are still monitoring the review of the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act and working on a response to the market study as well as the RBNZ’s consultation on the Depositor Compensation Scheme Regulations.
